We uncorked the massive month of May on Friday, 2 May at the Tasting Australia 2025 (2 to 11 May) opening night with A Taste of Something a Little Different at Adelaide Town Hall — and it was nothing short of WINE-derful! A perfect pre-vine to what’s to come — the 41st Clare Valley Gourmet Week returns from 16 to 25 May 2025, as Australia’s longest-running wine and food festival. And this year? It’s grape-er than ever, with plenty of events and fresh experiences on offer.
